How to request extra time?
Step 1: Launch the test
Please launch your test and complete the practice test questions provided. Following the practice questions, please press continue and launch the real test. Complete the first three questions and close the window. This will generate a unique testing ID needed we need to find your profile and allocate additional time. Do not worry, when additional time is allocated, the test will be reset for you.
Step 2: Email the relevant Graduate Recruitment Team
Email the relevant Graduate Recruitment team, based on the location of the opportunity/programme you are applying to.

Please include the following in your email:
- Confirm your name, surname and email used to create your account when you summited your application
- Confirm you have already launched the online test as instructed din Step 1 (to create your unique testing ID)
- Please explain what special consideration/extra time allowances you are usually granted and be sure to attach any supporting documentation
Step 3: Review Request
The Graduate Recruitment team will review your request and if successful we will connect you with Aon (our online test provider) to manage the process. Aon will reach out to you directly with more information on the next steps. Please note the application platform will email you automated emails in line with the 5 day deadline for completing online tests. We cannot pause/stop this. Therefore please ignore any automated emails whilst awaiting further instructions from our online testing provider.
