Assessment not launching?
The assessment should launch in a pop-up window. If the assessment does not load it is likely that you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your computer or you are accessing the assessment using a browser or operating system that is not compatible with our assessments.
Instructions on Supported browsers and operating systems is available when launching your online assessment.
To ensure the assessments run smoothly, please check that you have the following:
- A reliable internet connection
- Pop-up blockers in your browser have been disabled as the assessment will open in a new window
Please use one of the following internet browsers:
- Chrome 45.0 (and higher) on Windows 8 (and higher)/MacOS X (and higher)
- Firefox 69.0 (and higher) on Windows 8 (and higher) /MacOS X (and higher)
