What’s your role?
Investment Banking interns are placed into the Benelux coverage team based in Amsterdam for 3 month internships.
Nomura’s Benelux coverage team capitalizes on a longstanding track-record of successfully executed transactions across a broad range of Investment Banking products and business sectors, leveraging on a dedicated team with significant Investment Banking expertise.
The team works with sector and product divisions on all relevant regional aspects of transaction origination and execution such as market dynamics, modelling and valuation, financial and strategic analysis, regulatory issues, deal financing, due diligence coordination, negotiation and deal structuring. The Benelux coverage team also builds and maintains relationships with key regional clients and facilitates cross border relationship building and investment flows.
As an intern in the team, you will:
- Support on the preparation of process documentation, valuation analysis, client pitches as well as industry research
- Receive first hand exposure to origination and execution projects across various sectors with a rapidly increasing level of responsibility
- Develop your technical and relationship skills by working closely with more senior bankers
