I have completed and submitted the online assessments. However, when I log back in to my application it says that my online test is still in progress. Why is this?
This often occurs when the browser has been closed before the test is completely finished. Please ask our candidate support team using the 'contact us' link in the left hand side menu. If we are unable to capture your test(s) score, you may need to take the test again, being especially careful not to close the browser at any point during the test (including between the practice and actual test).
