Technical problems before I had completed the online test. Can I take the test again?
Please try and relaunch the test. If unsuccessful and you continue to experience any online testing/technical problems with the platform, please check out the FAQ section first. If still unresolved, please reach out to our support team.
Contact Support Team Please note that:
- we can reset the test for you provided we recognise your issue (and feel it is legitimate)
- in some cases your score may have been captured already in which case you may not need to re-take the test
