About the Program
As a Summer Operational Analyst, you will gain first-hand experience and insights to a career in an investment bank by providing daily support to the China team. You will have the opportunity to feel our culture, acquire valuable on-the-job training and expand your network. The Summer Operational Analyst program is an integral component of our full-time recruiting efforts for our Beijing office. At the end of the program, full-time offers will be extended to strong performers to return in July 2022, after graduation.
About You
We are looking for individuals with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements, who can withstand the rigors of a rapidly changing, demanding but ultimately rewarding environment. You are someone with a personality, has strong quantitative skills and a keen interest in business and finance (though you may not have studied this as a major). Other common traits amongst our team are intelligence, curiosity, diligence, integrity and the willingness and capability to thrive under a challenging environment.
Eligibility
Penultimate year students graduating in 2022, eligible to work in Beijing and be available for the entire duration of the internship from June to August 2021. Native Mandarin and fluency in written and spoken English are required.
